Live weekly workouts

Keep Moving
We hope to encourage you to stay healthy by providing a variety of workouts each week that meet the recommended guidelines for physical activity. For healthy adults, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines recommend:
- Moderate intensity aerobic activity for a minimum of 30 minutes on 5 days per week OR
Vigorous intensity aerobic activity for a minimum of 20 minutes on 3 days per week
