Keep Moving

Week of April 13 – 19:  Lower Body Strength

We hope to encourage you to stay healthy by providing a variety of workouts each week that meet the recommended guidelines for physical activity. For healthy adults, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines recommend:

  • Moderate intensity aerobic activity for a minimum of 30 minutes on 5 days per week OR
    Vigorous intensity aerobic activity for a minimum of 20 minutes on 3 days per week
