What is your ideal cardiovascular health and how can you attain it for a long and healthy life? In this webinar, Dr. Eduardo Sanchez answers these questions and walks us through the playbook for achieving your ideal cardiovascular health. As the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Chief Medical Officer for Prevention, Dr. Sanchez will share the AHA’s valuable tool Life’s Simple 7®, outlining seven predictors of heart health and the pathway for achieving ideal cardiovascular health. Life’s Simple 7 includes three modifiable behaviors (not smoking, eating healthy, and being physically active) and four biometric measures (weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar). This webinar will give you actionable steps and resources for protecting and preserving your heart health.  Dr. Sanchez will also discuss AHA programs that are addressing aspects of Life’s Simple 7.
