10-Minute Meditation Boot Camp

If you previously registered, no need to re-register each day between April 12-16 you will be emailed a link to a 10-minute meditation that you can incorporate into your day.
The goal is to complete these practices each day at your convenience during this week. This is an opportunity to build or re-boot your practice and experience the benefits of a regular meditation practice!
